Caroline Wambui Mwaura is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with more than seven years of post admission experience. She is a Certified Public Secretary. C. Mwaura is a Lecturer at the Kenyatta University School of Law (KUSOL), Commercial Law Department. At KUSOL, Caroline Mwaura teaching Commercial and Business Associations Law, Intellectual Property and ICT Law. In addition to teaching career, she practices conveyancing and commercial law and has specialized expertise in Intellectual property (IP) Law. Caroline Mwaura is a holder of Master of Laws Degree (LL.M) in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Cape Town (South Africa) and Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from the University of Nairobi. She is also a holder of a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and a graduate from the School of Internet Governance (Durban, South Africa). Caroline Mwaura’s practice and research interests include Information and Communication Technology Law, Competition Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Intellectual Property and ICT Law.
Tabitha Murimi teaches International Law and Commercial Law in the Department of Commercial Law. Prior to joining Kenyatta University, she has had experience in teaching Law as well as practice of Law both in the corporate world and as an Independent Practicing Advocate.
She is currently a PHD candidate, graduated in Law from University of South Africa (SA) and holds a Masters Degree in International Commercial Law from University of Dundee (UK).Miss Murimis’ research and interest is in the field of Commercial Law, Particularly Corporate governance and International Investments.
