Summary

Prof. David Minja is a Kenyatta University Full Professor of Strategy, Governance and Public Policy; a researcher, an author, organization development, leadership, governance, strategy and scenario planning and public policy consultant and thinker whose writings and seminars have contributed to the philosophical and practical dimensions of scenario planning, strategic leadership, public policy and governance and have also influenced scholars and leaders in Africa and beyond.
